Any kind of medium thickness yarn with suitable crochet hook

Directions:
The flower:
I used the flower in this pattern. For small anklets I used one flower, but for large one you may need two or three.
The anklets:
Don’t FO until the end of the pattern. I used small size but you can resize it very easy as you’ll see.
Part one: The first tying strand.
Ch 3, 3 dc cluster 3rd ch from the hook, ch 2, sl st same st as cluster, ch 62 (or any number you like for the first strand)
Part two: The part that placed on the upper side of the foot between the second finger and ankle.
Ch 15 (or any number of chains for the size you need)
Part three: The loop you made for the second finger.
Ch 12 (or more if you need)
Part four: In this part we’re going to work in the ch we made in part two.
Skip 12 ch (the chs we made in part three), sc in each of next 15 sts (or the number of chains you made for part two)
Part five: The second tying strand.
Ch 62 (same number of chs you made in part one), ch 3, 3 dc cluster 3rd ch from the hook, ch 2, sl st same st as cluster . FO.
Finishing:
Sew the flower or flowers to the anklets.
