This week we have crochet heart amigurumi. They are small and easy to make.

Medium thickness yarn with suitable crochet hook
Needle
Stuffing
Terms
MR – Magic ring
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
BL – back loop only
FL – front loop only
sc3tog – 3 single crochet together
Notes
We’ll be making two pieces and join them at the end. Do not FO after finishing the second piece.
Directions
Make two pieces of the following pattern:
Rnd 1: Ch 10, sc 2nd ch from the hook, sc in each of next 2 sts, sc3tog, sc in each of next 2 sts, 3 sc last st, do not turn, we’ll be working on the other side of the chains, sc in each of next 3 sts, 3 sc, sc in each of next 3 sts, 2 sc last st. (20 sc)
Rnd 2: 2 sc, sc, sc3tog, sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 sts, sc in each of next 4 sts, 3 sc, sc in each of next 4 sts, 2 sc in each of next 2 sts, sl st. FO the first piece. Do not FO after finishing the second piece.
Joining
Place the two piece together right side out. Make sure the working piece is on top.
Start joining using the slip stitch through one loop of each layer (inner loops).
Continue working around the heart and stuff as you go.
FO and weave in ends or leave a long tail to make a loop for hanging.
