Crochet leaves for all your crochet projects decorations and more. It’s really easy and doesn’t take time to make, just choose your yarn and start. I made a handful of them as you can see in the pics and it gave me a lot of ideas of what to do with all these leaves. I’m sharing this pattern mostly because I used it to decorate my last pattern which was a hat, but really you can do much more of these.

Materials:
Any kind of yarn, the thicker you choose the bigger your leaf will become
Crochet hook with suitable size
Needle
Terms:
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
tr – treble crochet
Special terms:
I used the invisible slip stitch/invisible join at the end of the pattern for cleaner finishing, but you can use the regular one.
Notes:
In this pattern we’ll be working on each sides of the beginning chains.
Directions:
R 1: Ch 8, sc 2nd ch from hook, hdc, dc, 2 tr next st, dc, hdc, 3 sc next st. Now we’ll be working on the other side of the chains, do not turn. Hdc, dc, 2 tr next st, dc, hdc, 2 sc next st (same st as the first sc). Sl st in first sc of R 1. (18 sts)
R 2: Ch 1, sc same st as last sl st, sc next 2 sts, 2 sc next 2 sts, sc next 3 sts, sl st next st, ch 4, sl st 2nd ch from hook, sl st next 2 sts, sl st next st (same st as last sl st before ch 4), sc next 3 sts, 2 sc next 2 sts, sc next 3 sts, (sc, ch 3, sc) next st, sl st in first sc in R 2. FO.
