Crochet ribbon flower. Easy to make, I named it ribbon flower because the petals are like folded ribbon.

Materials
Any kind of yarn you like with suitable crochet hook
Needle
Terms
MR – Magic ring
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
Directions
Rnd 1: MR, ch 2 (does not count as st), 12 dc in the ring, sl st in first dc. (12 dc)
Rnd 2: (see pics below). Ch 9, sc 2nd ch from the hook, sc in each of next 7 sts, sl st same st we did last sl st (from round 1)
Turn, do NOT ch 1, skip 1 st, sl st in each of next 8 sts.
Ch 1, turn, sl st next st on the circle from round 1. Now you have your first ribbon petal.
Repeat 12 times to finish the flower. FO and weave in ends.
Optional decoration
After finishing the flower, I worked surface crochet on top of the stitches from round 1 as you see in the pic.
