Crochet M & Ms Book
Since I’m working on my new book “Crochet M & Ms” I decided to share a few dolls pattern that are easy and fast to make. Today we’ve the round one.

Your choice of yarn with suitable crochet hook (two colors)
safety eyes or any kind of doll eyes you like
Stuffing

st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
MR – magic ring
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double croceht
dc – double crochet
BL – back loop only
FL – front loop only
C – cluster stitch
Special terms
Invisible slip stitch/Invisible join at the end
P – Picot (ch 3, sl st 3rd ch)
Notes
The pattern contain two circles that will be joined together using sc around the edges and making the limbs as we go.
It’s preferred to attach and sew the eyes and mouth after crocheting the ears.
Directions
The body Circle
Make two individual circles. FO after each one.
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc in the ring. (6 sc)
Rnd 2: 2 sc each st. (12 sc)
Rnd 3: *2 sc, sc* repeat until the end. (18 sc)
Rnd 4: *2 sc, sc in each of next 2 sts* repeat until the end. (24 sc)
Rnd 5: *2 sc, sc in each of next 3 sts* repeat until the end. Sl st, FO. (30)
Joining and making the limbs
We’ll use the sc to join and it’ll be worked through both loops of each layer.
Do not turn and do not FO until the end.
Place the the two circles on top of each other RS out.
I’ll split the instructions into the triangle sides to make it easier to follow.
Joining steps
Start with any stitch of this side working through both layers and using both loops of each.
Using the second color yarn, sl st in any st, ch 1, sc same st, sc next st, skip next st.
Working the first ear, [2 dc, P, 2 dc] all in next st.
Skip next st, sl st next st, skip next st.
Working the second ear, [2 dc, P, 2 dc] all in next st.
Skip next st, sc in each of next 4 sts. Attach the eyes and sew the mouth.
Working the first arm, ch 9, 2 dc cluster 3rd ch from the hook, ch 2, sl st in each of remaining 6 chs.
Complete working in the circle, sc in each of next 6 sts.
Working the first leg, ch 10, 2 dc cluster 3rd ch from the hook, ch 2, sl st in each of remaining 7 chs.
Complete working in the circle, sc in each of next 3 sts.
Working the second leg, ch 10, 2 dc cluster 3rd ch from the hook, ch 2, sl st in each of remaining 7 chs.
Complete working in the circle, sc in each of next 6 sts. Start stuffing.
Working the second arm, ch 9, 2 dc cluster 3rd ch from the hook, ch 2, sl st in each of remaining 6 chs.
Complete working in the circle, sc in each of next 3 sts, sl st in first sc we made or use the invisible sl st. FO and weave in ends.
