In this pattern I’ll be sharing a tutorial of how to do a pincushion using the lid of Johnson’s cotton buds container. I added some fabric with suitable colors and it turned out fantastic.
I used the lid of Johnson’s cotton buds container, but you can replace it with anything that similar to what it’s for.

Materials:
Any kind of yarn you like with suitable crochet took
Piece of fabric with suitable color to the yarn
Glue gun
Needle
Cotton buds container’s lid
Stuffing
Terms:
MR – Magic ring
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
Notes:
we’ll be working two circles and attach them together with slip stitching around.
Make sure your circles are the same size as the lid you’re using by making more or less rounds of dc.
Directions:
Make two circles of the following pattern:
Rnd 1: MR, ch 3 (count as dc), 11 dc in the ring. Sl st 3rd ch. (12 dc)
Rnd 2: Ch 3 (count as dc), dc same st, 2 dc each st around. Sl st 3rd ch. (24 dc)
Rnd 3: Ch 3 (count as dc), dc same st, dc next st, *2 dc, dc* repeat until the end of the round. Sl st 3rd ch. (36 dc)
Continue making rounds until you reach the size of your lid or container.
Making the cushion:
Attach the two cirlces together by slip stitching around. Stuff as you go. FO and weave in ends.
Finishing:
Cut a round piece of fabric to cover the lid as you see in the pic. Use the gun glue to secure it.
Glue your cushion to the lid and your done.
