I used the cross single crochet for the entire pattern but it’s not necessary, you can use the normal single crochet.

Directions
The hair dryer contain two parts, the main part and the handle. And there is a small round piece for decorations that you can use buttons instead of it.
Main part
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc. (6 sc)
Rnd 2: 2 sc each st. (12 sc)
Rnd 3: Sc in each st. (12 sc)
Rnd 4: *2 sc, sc in each of next 3 sts* repeat 3 times. (15 sc)
Rnd 5: *2 sc, sc in each of next 4 sts* repeat 3 times. (18 sc)
Rnd 6: *Sc2tog, sc in each of next 4 sts* repeat 3 times. (15 sc)
Rnd 7: *Sc2tog, sc in each of next 3 sts* repeat 3 times. (12 sc)
Rnd 8: Sc in each st. (12 sc)
Rnd 9: *Sc2tog, sc in each of next 2 sts* repeat 3 times. (9 sc)
Rnd 10 – 11: Sc in each st. (9 sc)
Rnd 12: *2 sc, sc in each of next 2 sts* repeat 3 times. (12 sc)
Rnd 13: Sl st in each st around. Invisible sl st at the end. (12 sl st)
FO leaving long tail for sewing. Stuff until round 11 only. Sew the opening flat on round 11.
The handle
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc. (6 sc)
Rnd 2: *2 sc, sc* repeat 3 times. (9 sc)
Rnd 3: Sc in each st. (9 sc)
Rnd 4: *Sc2tog, sc* repeat 3 times. ( 6 sc)
Rnd 5 – 6: Sc in each st. Sl st at the end of the pattern. (6 sc)
FO leaving long tail for sewing. Stuff the handle and do not sew the end close.
Decoration circle
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc. Invisible sl st at the end. FO leaving long tail for sewing. (6 sc)
Finishing
Sew the handle on round 4 and 5 of the main part.
Sew the decoration circle or a button on the side.
