This week we’ll be sharing this crochet coasters which is different from what we shared before. I used the cluster stitch in two rounds of this pattern. As you see in the pics one coaster contain three colors using them alternately from round to round, you definitely can use one color if you like or maybe more, it’s up to you and your preferences.

Materials:
I used 1 mm thick cotton yarn with 2 mm crochet hook (try using something similar for same results, about 1-2 mm thick yarn)
Needle
I used three colors for one coaster, you can use one color if you want
Terms:
MR – Magic ring
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
C – Cluster stitch (we’ll be using 2 dc cluster stitch and 3 dc cluster stitch)
Notes:
We’ll be using 3 colors:
A: White
B: Gray
C: Pink
Directions:
R 1: Start with color A. MR, ch 3 (count as dc), 11 dc. Leave color A aside and continue with color B, sl st in 3rd ch from the beginning chains. (12 dc)
R 2: Ch 2, dc same st (count as 2 dc cluster), ch 1. *2 dc cluster next st, ch 1* repeat 11 times. Sl st in first cluster. (12 clusters)
R 3: Leave color B aside and continue with color C. Sl st next ch 1 space, ch 2, 2 dc cluster same ch space, ch 2. *3 dc cluster next ch 1 space, ch 2* repeat 11 times. Sl st in first cluster. (12 clusters)
R 4: Leave color C aside and continue with color A. Sl st next ch 2 space, ch 3 (count as dc), 3 dc same ch space. *4 dc next ch space* repeat 11 times. Sl st in 3rd ch. (12 groups of sts)
R 5: Sl st next 3 sts. Leave color A aside and continue with color B. Sl st between two groups of sts. Ch 3 (count as dc), 4 dc same space. *5 dc next space between two groups of sts* repeat 11 times. Sl st in 3rd ch from the beginning chains. (12 groups of sts)
R 6: Sl st next st. Leave color B aside and continue with color C. Sl st next st. *5 dc next space between two groups of sts, skip 2 sts, sl st next st* repeat 12 times. FO. Weave in ends. Weave in the other two colors ends.
