Today I’m sharing a crochet flower using a new stitch and I’m very proud of this pattern, I hope you like it. Also I’m going to use this flower and stitch in other patterns as will.

Materials
Any kind of yarn you like with suitable crochet hook
Needle
Terms
MR – Magic ring
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
tr – treble crochet
YO – yarn over
Special terms
Invisible slip stitch/Invisible join at the end of the pattern (optional)
Notes
The rolled stitch is actually the puff stitch but worked in a different space. There is very similar stitch with a different name but I’ll be calling this the rolled stitch.
Directions
Rnd 1: MR, ch 1, 12 hdc, sl st in first hdc. (12 hdc)
Rnd: Follow next instructions to make the petals
– Ch 3 (pic 2)
– Tr same st (pic 3)
– We’ll be working around the post of the tr we made. YO pull through 6 times (pic 4)
– Insert the hook in same st, YO and pull through (pic 5)
– YO and pull through all loops on the hook (pic 6)
– Ch ch 3 (pic 7)
– Sl st next st (pic 8)
– Sl st next st
Repeat all steps 6 times to make 6 petals. FO and weave in ends.
