Crochet bubble stitch that is thick and multi colors. I used three strands to achieve that. It can be used as a cushion or home decor.
Thick design
We usually work with one strand of yarn, but in this pattern I choose to use three strands in all of the pattern.

Materials
Yarn: We need 4 colors of yarn, main color (beige) and three colors for the bubbles (pink, yellow and green)
Hook: The hook must be larger than what we usually use with one strand

Three strands
Since we’re using three strands of yarn at all time, you can use three balls of yarn for the main color or make a three strands from one ball, here is how to do it.
As for the bubble use one strand of each color of your choice.

This design isn’t new, I already shared a pattern of how to make colored bubbles, the different in this patterns that we used three strands.
Click this link for the general instructions. When working the main color use three strands of the same color (see notes above). When you’re making the bubble use one strand of each color.
It might be better to cut the yarn and add it in each time you work a bubble row to reduce the bulk on the sides.
Decorating the edges
I used same colors as the bubbles.
Slip stitch in each st around.
Ch 1 when you move from one edge to the other. Use the invisible slip stitch at the end.
