Piege or cream colored yarn with suitable crochet hook

Stuffing

Yarn or thread for sewing the amigurumi mouth
Terms
MR – Magic ring
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
sc2tog – 2 single crochet together
Special terms
I’ll be using the invisible single crochet decrease for better finish and it’s optional.
Notes
You might not need to stuff the hands and feet if the finished pieces are very small.
Directions
To make the amigurumi doll we need to make the fruit head and the body.
Fruits heads
For the fruits heads I used my amigurumi fruits book that I shared years before. You can find it in this page.
Important: Make sure to attach the eyes and sew the mouth before stuffing and finishing the amigurumi fruit.
The body
The body pattern contain the torso, hands and feet.
The torso
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc in the ring. (6 sc)
Rnd 2: *2 sc, sc* repeat 3 times. (9 sc)
Rnd 3 – 5: Sc each st. Start stuffing. (9 sc)
Rnd 6: *Sc2tog, sc* repeat 3 times, sl st at the end. (6 sc)
FO leaving about 6″ long tail for sewing.
Hands
Make two.
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc in the ring. (6 sc)
Rnd 2 – 3: Sc each st, sl st at the end. (6 sc)
FO leaving about 6″ long tail for sewing. Stuff the hands (see notes).
Feet
Make two.
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc in the ring. (6 sc)
Rnd 2: Sc each st, sl st at the end. (6 sc)
FO leaving about 6″ long tail for sewing. Stuff the hands (see notes).
Sewing
Sew the hands at the sides of the upper end of the torso.
Sew the feet at down side of the torso angling them towards the front.
Sew the body to the fruit head and you’re done!
