This is my second try of this pattern, I already used it to crochet a small case but today I used the same pattern for crochet kindle cover for my sister. I made some small changes and I’ll give you all the links.

Materials
Medium to thick yarn with suitable crochet hook
One large button
Needle
Terms
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain
cross sc – cross single crochet (I used it in the entire pattern)
Special terms
Invisible slip stitch/Invisible join at the end of the pattern.

Crochet Kindle Cover
Directions
Rnd 1: Number of chains the length you need, sc 2nd ch from the hook, sc each st, 3 sc last st, now we’ll work on the other side of the beginning chains, sc in each st, 2 sc last st.
Rnd 2: Sc each st around.
Remaining rounds: Repeat round 2 until you reach the desired size, make sure it fits your kindle or tablet at this part.
Round before last: Make a loop of chains as long as you need for the button, sl st first ch, then complete your round as usual.
Last round: Sc in each st skipping the large loop of chains, sl st at the end of the pattern. FO and weave in ends.
Finishing
Sew the button in the place you decided.
Add in your choice of decoration.
